Dawn Azrak, Founder and President of Custom Tours, opened her business after attending and chaperoning many school trips with her children. She was concerned by the fact that the tours were being run with the priority being the ‘bottom line’ of the tour operator, rather than the best interest of the students, teachers and overall learning experience. This motivated her to create Custom Tours, a company which values the client experience above all else.

Dawn has often been quoted as saying “each tour is planned as if my children are on it”. This philosophy has enabled her company to establish itself as a leader in school and camp trips.
